The resin is a part of a composite that is chemical corrosion proof. The most frequently used resins (in increasing-importance succession) are:

  • Ortophthalic;
  • Isophthalic;
  • Vynilester.

ORTHOPHTHALIC POLYESTER :

an economical general purpose resin system for gratindapplications requiring good strength with minimal contact with harsh chemicals.

ISOPHTHALIC POLYESTER:

A resin sistem offering an intermediate level of chemical resistance in moderately corrosive environments.a recommended material for applications involving splash or spill contact with chemicals

VİNYL ESTER:

Provites the maximum level of corrosion resistance to aggressive chemical  environments.Use in applications where conract with harsh chemicals,caustics or pleach is frequent.
